Our Mission

Our children face an unprecedented crisis. The most critical educational gaps, especially in English, the key to higher education and opportunity, remain wide open.

No program has been able to close them. Without urgent intervention, children face locked doors to university, careers, and their future, and with every failure, they lose more belief in themselves.

Our mission is to turn this collapse into expansion. We close the most critical English gaps while using English as our tool to rewire children’s brains for confidence and awaken their inner power.

But we do not stop with children.

Parents are coached as partners, and teachers undergo comprehensive transformation programs, enabling them to become carriers of change within the classroom.

At the heart of this work is unity consciousness, the science of connection. When children step into their power, when parents shift their patterns, and when teachers transform their role, coherence emerges.

Together, we reverse collapse at its root and raise a generation built on resilience, unity, and higher potential.

The Truth We Face

Half of Israel’s children now enter high school unable to read basic English.
When I began this work, it was one in ten. Today, the crisis grows by nearly ten percent every year... and no one is stopping it.

This is not only an educational failure. It is a national collapse unfolding in slow motion.

Because behind every statistic is a child losing access to their future.

The system is overwhelmed:

Classrooms are too large to manage
Chaotic learning environments
40% of English teachers are unqualified
A mass exodus of new teachers within their first year
And a deep shortage of educators at every level

There is no lasting solution within the current structure. We cannot wait any longer.

That is why the I AM the Shift movement was born.

We are not here to fight or blame the system; we strengthen it from within. We support them where they need it most. We step into classrooms. We train and support teachers whose cries have gone unheard for too long. We equip parents with tools they should have had all along. And we close gaps in months, not years, through neuroscience, NLP, and emotional rewiring; with English as the gateway.

This is not a theory. It has already been proven in schools, in my private academy, and in the city’s subsidized education center under the Deputy Mayor of Rosh HaAyin. Over 1,000 children have shifted, academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

But the greatest shift? Parents and teachers.

Parents were never the problem. They were unsupported, blamed, forgotten. Teachers were never the obstacle. They were overwhelmed, underprepared, and left behind. Now, they are becoming the very solution this country has been waiting for.

This movement is no longer mine alone. It will take all of us.

Rosh HaAyin is only the beginning. This is a national wave of change, ready to ripple far beyond.
